The tools that run the site and the audit: the website host, the form and automation tool, the email service, and the analytics provider, if enabled. Each only receives what it needs to do its job.
Audit and contact submissions are kept while we are in contact and for a reasonable follow-up window, then deleted. Ask me to delete yours sooner and I will.
